Bajraktari
Ylli Bajraktari is the President and CEO of the Special Competitive Studies Project. Prior to launching SCSP, he was Executive Director of the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence and held senior roles supporting the National Security Advisor, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Rasser
Martijn Rasser is the Vice President for Technology Leadership at the Special Competitive Studies Project. Before joining SCSP, he was CSO and Managing Director of Datenna, led the Technology and National Security Program at CNAS, and served as a CIA officer.

David Lin is the Senior Director for Future Technology Platforms at SCSP. He previously served at the U.S. Department of State and the CIA, with a focus on China and technology policy.
Nyah Stewart is an Associate Director for Future Technology Platforms at SCSP. Before joining SCSP, she was a research assistant at the Congressional Research Service focused on domestic and agricultural policy issues.

Jenilee Keefe Singer is the Senior Director of Government Affairs for SCSP. She has held policy and legislative roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce, NIST, and the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence.
